- Execute the cybersecurity control plan and report on potential improvements to the current IT security control framework.
- Formalize control gaps and propose remediation options to the cybersecurity controls manager.
- Manage and track the remediation of identified control deficiencies within the established timeline.
- Identify and propose process, tool, and communication enhancements to streamline control activities and promote cybersecurity as a tangible benefit to stakeholders.
- Enrollment in an engineering school program, ideally with a major in cybersecurity.
- Previous experience in system administration, cloud engineering, and/or IT systems auditing is preferred.
- Understanding of how business processes are supported by IT and security controls.
- Technical aptitude to support technical assessments and remediation actions.
- Passion for security and technology, with a curious mindset.
- Knowledge of compliance, regulations, and standards, with the ability to assimilate new norms and frameworks.
- Fluent in English.
Previous experience in system administration, cloud engineering, and/or IT systems auditing is preferred.
