- Contribute to and implement the communication and animation plan for Cybersecurity Month (October 2024).
- Develop and create communication materials on cyber themes (e.g., phishing, password security).
- Establish regular communication with employees to inform them about security risks, attack trends, and best practices.
- Manage the internal cybersecurity portal (SharePoint).
- Promote and simplify the activities and deliverables of the cybersecurity teams.
- Support cybersecurity teams in their communication efforts (e.g., public speaking, tool launches).
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems with communication skills, or a student in communication, business school, or IAE with IT and cybersecurity knowledge.
- Fluency in English is required for international collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in common office software (Microsoft Office Suite), with expertise in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Powtoon.
- Strong communication and change management skills, including writing, graphic design, and change processes.
- Creativity and ability to propose innovative actions tailored to the audience.
- Ability to work in a complex environment.
- Capacity to simplify complex communications/messages for diverse communities within the organization.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in cybersecurity and communication is essential.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
