1. Manage front-office interactions with clients and users.
2. Oversee incoming mail and samples, including initial evaluation and assignment to the appropriate department.
3. Handle data entry and printing of Analytical Test Requests, assign tests to samples, and ensure material sufficiency for testing.
4. Prepare and draft Test Reports.
5. Coordinate outgoing mail, sample shipments, and order dispatches.
6. Assist in the preparation and dispatch of commercial offers, including cost estimates and discounts for clients seeking ongoing collaborations.
7. Provide customer service support, including handling complaints.
8. Perform administrative tasks such as document archiving, drafting, and dispatching relevant customer service documents.

1. Diploma with specialization in Textile or Chemical Technology.

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
