Kering CRM Strategy Intern

- Contribute to the daily dissemination of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in client engagement.
- Conduct regular benchmarks for the Kering Client Engagement Team and its Houses.
- Initiate and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the group and across the Houses.
- Participate in the conception and execution of events with the Houses, both in-person and virtually.
- Assist in the creation and coordination of presentations.
- Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in CRM projects by formulating recommendations and action proposals based on client needs.
- Prepare detailed presentations for CRM initiatives.
- Enrollment in a Master's program (Bac+5) with a focus on Digital, CRM, or Marketing.
- Previous experience in CRM or Marketing departments or as a strategy consultant is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent writing and analytical abilities.
- Creative and capable of synthesizing information effectively.
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a team.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to scheduling constraints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Fluent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.
No specific experience required, though prior exposure to CRM or Marketing departments or strategy consulting is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Digital, CRM, or Marketing.
