Kering CRM Strategy Intern

- Contribute daily to the dissemination of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in client engagement.
- Conduct regular benchmarks for the Kering Client Engagement Team and the Houses.
- Initiate and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the group and with the Houses.
- Participate in the planning and execution of events with the Houses, both physically and virtually.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of presentations.
- Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.
- Support CRM projects by formulating recommendations and action proposals based on identified client needs.
- Prepare detailed presentations.
- Enrollment in a business school with a specialization in Digital, CRM, or Marketing (Bac+5).
- Previous experience in CRM/Marketing departments or as a strategy consultant is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent writing and analytical abilities.
- Creative and capable of developing innovative proposals.
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a team.
- Proficient in managing priorities and adapting to scheduling constraints.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Office/Google suite.
Previous experience in CRM or Marketing departments or as a strategy consultant is a plus.
Business school with a specialization in Digital, CRM, or Marketing (Bac+5).
