Kering CRM Project Manager Assistant Intern

- Assist the Campaign Coordinator in executing ad hoc campaigns and multichannel CRM journeys, including briefing, creative asset retrieval, BAT validation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance developer efficiency.
- Ensure team responsiveness and proactivity in managing simple campaigns.
- Organize and lead recurring meetings with various brands, preparing agendas, content, and documenting decisions and action plans.
- Maintain and update the journeys catalog, tracking new and updated journeys, and revising key KPIs.
- Conduct benchmarking to compile best practices and assess lifecycle program implementations.
- Assist in compiling campaign reports, highlighting successes, and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with brand Houses to adapt reporting formats and propose campaign enhancements.
- Initial experience in marketing within luxury, digital, or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with campaign management or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
A foundational experience in marketing, particularly within the luxury, digital, or retail markets, is required.
