1. Collaborate with the real estate team on competitive data collection and management of internal databases, including mapping, external benchmarks, and internal KPIs.
2. Support the preparation of case studies, feasibility analyses, and financial modeling under the guidance of a mentor, including participation in site surveys and execution of lease agreements.
3. Assist in organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders, preparing minutes to facilitate alignment and communication.
4. Manage and prepare PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
5. Provide general administrative support to the team.

1. Bachelor's Degree in International Real Estate, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
4. Solid business acumen and detail-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Proactive and adaptable nature.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in real estate and the luxury industry is essential.
