1. Facilitate talent management processes from onboarding to performance and talent reviews, including communication, webinar delivery, and reporting.
2. Coordinate learning activities, including need identification, supplier management, budgeting, content design, and logistics.
3. Organize Kering Global Learning Day activities for Corporate French employees.
4. Deliver training to HR employees using the 'train the trainer' approach.
5. Support customization and adoption of the Group's learning platform.
6. Provide stakeholders with learning-related KPIs for social indicators and talent processes.
7. Assist in developing the Tech and Digital Academy, focusing on governance, learning paths, and community engagement.

1. Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
2. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR or Learning project management.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in HR or Learning project management, with a preference for experience in digital or tech environments.

Master's degree, specialization in Human Resources preferred.
