- Facilitate talent management processes from onboarding to performance and talent reviews, including communication, webinar delivery, and reporting.
- Coordinate learning activities, including need identification, supplier management, budgeting, content design, and logistics.
- Organize Kering Global Learning Day activities for Corporate French employees.
- Deliver training to HR employees using the 'train the trainer' approach.
- Support customization and adoption of the Group's learning platform.
- Provide stakeholders with learning-related KPIs for social indicators and talent processes.
- Assist in developing the Tech and Digital Academy, focusing on governance, learning paths, and community engagement.
- Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR or Learning project management.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Open-mindedness and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in HR or Learning project management, with a preference for experience in digital or tech environments.
Master's degree, specialization in Human Resources preferred.
