1. Facilitate talent management processes from onboarding to performance and talent reviews, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
2. Coordinate learning activities, including needs identification, supplier management, budgeting, content design, and logistics.
3. Oversee the Global Learning Day activities for French corporate employees.
4. Deliver training sessions to HR employees under the 'train the trainer' model.
5. Support the customization and adoption of the Group's learning platform.
6. Provide stakeholders with learning-related KPIs and reports.
7. Assist in the development and governance of the Tech and Digital Academy.

1. Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.

1. Proven project management and organizational skills.
2. Strong communication abilities, both written and oral.
3. Analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Forms, Teams).

A minimum of one year in HR or Learning project management, with experience in digital or tech functions considered advantageous.

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
