1. Facilitate talent management processes from onboarding to performance reviews, including communication, webinar organization, and reporting.
2. Coordinate learning activities, from need identification to logistics and attendance monitoring.
3. Deliver training sessions to HR employees using the 'train the trainer' approach.
4. Support the customization and adoption of the Group's learning platform.
5. Provide stakeholders with learning-related KPIs, including for social indicators and talent processes.
6. Assist in the development of the Tech and Digital Academy, focusing on governance and community engagement.

1. Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
2. Experience in HR or Learning project management, with a focus on digital or tech environments as a plus.

2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Forms, Teams).

Candidates must have prior experience in HR or Learning project management, preferably within digital or tech functions.

Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
