1. Implement, manage, and enhance safety policies and plans across all sites.
2. Organize and conduct health and safety training sessions, developing new materials as needed.
3. Ensure compliance with Health Surveillance obligations, organizing medical visits and supporting employees with specific health needs.
4. Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety procedures.
5. Monitor and manage the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
6. Update and maintain comprehensive Risk Assessment Documents.
7. Draft and update Emergency Procedures and Plans for all locations.
8. Verify supplier qualifications and ensure safety compliance, including updating Interference Risk Assessment Documents.
9. Ensure all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation is accurate and compliant with legal and Group policies.
10. Maintain compliance with ISO 45001 standards.
11. Prepare health and safety reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

1. Degree in Prevention or related field.
2. Specific Health and Safety Professional certification preferred.
3. First experience in a similar role.

6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technological tools.
7. Proficiency in Italian and professional English.

First experience in a similar role is required.

Degree in Prevention or related field.
