- Implement, manage, and enhance safety policies and plans across all sites.
- Organize and conduct health and safety training sessions, developing new materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Health Surveillance obligations, organizing medical visits and supporting employees with specific health needs.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Monitor and manage the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Update and maintain comprehensive Risk Assessment Documents.
- Draft and update Emergency Procedures and Plans for all locations.
- Verify supplier qualifications and ensure safety compliance, including updating Interference Risk Assessment Documents.
- Ensure all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation is accurate and compliant with legal and Group policies.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 45001 standards.
- Prepare health and safety reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Degree in Prevention or related field.
- Specific Health and Safety Professional certification preferred.
- First experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technological tools.
- Proficiency in Italian and professional English.
First experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Prevention or related field.
