1. Implement, manage, and continuously improve safety policies and plans across all sites.
2. Organize and conduct engaging health and safety training sessions, creating new informational materials as needed.
3. Comply with Health Surveillance obligations, organizing medical visits and providing support for employees with specific health needs.
4. Regularly perform internal audits and inspections to ensure consistent adherence to established safety procedures across all sites.
5. Deliver and monitor the correct use and consumption of personal protective equipment (PPE).
6. Update and maintain comprehensive Risk Assessment Documents.
7. Update and draft Emergency Procedures and Plans for all locations.
8. Verify supplier qualifications and ensure safety compliance, including creating and updating Interference Risk Assessment Documents.
9. Ensure all HSE documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal requirements, deadlines, and Group policies.
10. Ensure the health and safety management system remains compliant with ISO 45001 standards.
11. Prepare health and safety reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

1. Degree in Prevention or related field.
2. Specific Health and Safety Professional certification preferred.

1. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
2. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technological tools in general.
7. Proficient in Italian, and professional English.

First experience in a similar role is required.

Degree in Prevention or related field.
