Kering Corporate Access & Events Coordinator

- Coordinate and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the Financial Communication Department, including investors and analysts.
- Prepare and manage investor roadshows and update databases accordingly.
- Coordinate and oversee team travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist in organizing the publication of quarterly reports.
- Manage the identification and targeting of institutional shareholders, including reporting.
- Handle individual shareholder requests and participate in organizing the Annual General Meeting.
- Oversee the departmental budget and ensure administrative functions, such as meeting agendas, are maintained.
- Experience in financial communication or within a financial department, or similar experience at a brokerage firm.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with international experience being advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proactive in suggesting improvements to existing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, and a team player.
Experience in financial communication or within a financial department, or similar experience at a brokerage firm is appreciated.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3/4).
