Kering Control Tower Intern

- Support daily supervision of end-to-end distribution flows via the Central Control Tower.
- Monitor and report End-to-End KPIs, proactively identifying disruptions and driving corrective actions.
- Conduct performance analyses to validate execution of distribution and logistics processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the current Control Tower model and propose pragmatic recommendations, prioritizing quick wins.
- Support new collection launches and ad hoc urgencies from requirement capture through fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain ad-hoc reporting frameworks to communicate logistics status to Fashion Houses' Supply Chain teams.
- Perform regular data quality checks, identify anomalies and report issues to ensure data accuracy.
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a STEM discipline.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Collaborative, proactive team player with customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; creative and curious mindset.

Internship-level role: no specific prior professional experience required. Previous internships, project work or coursework in supply chain, logistics, operations or data analysis are advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or STEM fields.
