1. Identify areas for improvement in the current end-to-end Control Tower approach.
2. Propose recommendations to enhance the existing model, focusing on technological advancements and communication improvements.
3. Support new collection launches and address special urgencies for brands, ensuring requirements are met.
4. Regularly monitor end-to-end KPIs, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
5. Conduct performance analysis to ensure the correct execution of distribution flows.
6. Develop and maintain frameworks to communicate logistics status with Fashion Houses' Supply Chain Departments.
7. Ensure data accuracy by performing regular checks and reporting data quality issues.

1. Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in STEM fields.
2. Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Effective team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
4. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
5. Creative and curious mindset.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required, but an interest in supply chain and distribution management is essential.

Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in STEM fields.
