- Identify areas for improvement in the current end-to-end Control Tower approach.
- Propose recommendations to enhance the existing model, focusing on technological advancements and communication improvements.
- Support new collection launches and address special urgencies for brands, ensuring requirements are met.
- Regularly monitor end-to-end KPIs, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Conduct performance analysis to ensure the correct execution of distribution flows.
- Develop and maintain frameworks to communicate logistics status with Fashion Houses' Supply Chain Departments.
- Ensure data accuracy by performing regular checks and reporting data quality issues.
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in STEM fields.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Creative and curious mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required, but an interest in supply chain and distribution management is essential.
Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in STEM fields.
