1. Develop project briefs, cost estimates, and schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on milestones and budgets.
2. Maintain accurate project costs and timelines using Kering's Power B.I. dashboards for real-time stakeholder communication.
3. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external consultants to achieve key project milestones.
4. Lead weekly meetings with project teams to update progress, align objectives, and resolve issues.
5. Review technical and design drawings to ensure project objectives are met.
6. Identify and manage risks to schedule and budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Conduct site visits to verify compliance with design standards and project plans.
8. Collaborate with Kering's Procurement team to manage tenders for architects, contractors, and millworkers.
9. Promote sustainable construction practices and ensure eligible projects achieve LEED certification.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction, with luxury retail exposure preferred.
2. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
3. Sustainability accreditations such as LEED A.P. or WELL A.P. preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
2. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools), Adobe Graphics Programs (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

At least 5 years of experience managing small to medium-sized construction projects, with full responsibility for budgets, schedules, and design compliance.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
