Kering Construction Project Manager

- Develop project briefs, cost estimates, and schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on milestones and budgets.
- Maintain accurate project costs and timelines using Kering's Power B.I. dashboards for real-time stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external consultants to achieve key project milestones.
- Lead weekly meetings with project teams to update progress, align objectives, and resolve issues.
- Review technical and design drawings to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and manage risks to schedule and budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with design standards and project plans.
- Collaborate with Kering's Procurement team to manage tenders for architects, contractors, and millworkers.
- Promote sustainable construction practices and ensure eligible projects achieve LEED certification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction, with luxury retail exposure preferred.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Sustainability accreditations such as LEED A.P. or WELL A.P. preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools), Adobe Graphics Programs (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
At least 5 years of experience managing small to medium-sized construction projects, with full responsibility for budgets, schedules, and design compliance.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
