1. Collaborate with project teams and brand houses to develop communication initiatives on topics such as internal events, group partnerships, and inclusion campaigns.
2. Create and coordinate engaging communication assets with freelancers and creative agencies for various media formats.
3. Maximize engagement on the internal social media platform, Viva Engage by Microsoft, and analyze engagement metrics.
4. Support the organization and logistics of internal and external events, managing technical requirements and coordinating with suppliers.
5. Develop communication materials such as invitations, posters, and emails for events.
6. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and conduct research to support initiatives.
7. Assist in project and budget management, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

1. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications or Business.
2. Initial experience in communications.

1. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to handle last-minute changes.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
5. Proactive and capable of working independently.
6. Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy.

Initial experience in communications is required.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications or Business.
