Kering Communications Project Officer Intern

The Kering Foundation, established in 2008, is dedicated to creating a world free from violence against women and children, supporting local organizations, and fostering safe work environments for survivors. Operating in six countries, the Foundation has supported nearly a million women and collaborated with over 100 associations.
- Assist in the design and production of communication tools for the Kering Foundation.
- Draft content for the website and internal communication platform.
- Support event organization.
- Develop and deploy internal and external communication campaigns.
- Promote the actions of Kering Foundation and its partners against violence towards women and children through regular, adapted, and effective communication.
- Manage external and internal communication platforms, including the website and social media.
- Construct editorial calendars for various platforms.
- Write and update content in both French and English.
- Select and update iconographic and video content.
- Monitor website UX and collaborate with developers.
- Contribute to communication tools for Kering Foundation and the Kering Group.
- Produce impact or annual reports for the Foundation.
- Coordinate with partner associations and service providers.
- Organize campaigns or events for international days related to women's or children's rights.
- Conduct benchmarking and propose ideas.
- Brief agencies and oversee service providers.
- Create content for multiple platforms (website, social media, internal platform).
- Deploy digital communication plans internally and externally.
- Coordinate with Kering's Communication team and Group brands.
- Proactively monitor agendas and events related to Women's and Children's Rights globally.
- Bachelor's degree +4/5 in a relevant field such as communications, from institutions like Celsa, IEP, or a business school.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
- Sensitivity to international solidarity and the nonprofit sector; volunteer experience is appreciated.
- Demonstrated interest in Women's Rights.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
No specific prior experience required, though volunteer experience is appreciated.
Bachelor's degree +4/5 in communications or a related field.
