1. Work 30-40 hours per week during regular office hours.
2. Support the Kering Communications team and cross-department projects.
3. Assist with meeting preparation, task tracking, and project/event recaps.
4. Provide administrative support including calendar management and organizing team documents.
5. Support event planning and provide onsite support for key events.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Interest in luxury retail and fashion.

1. Organized and detail-oriented.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience with social media platforms.
5. Solution-oriented with initiative.

Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or events is preferred.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
