1. Work 30-40 hours per week during regular office hours.
2. Support the Kering Communications team and cross-department projects.
3. Assist with meeting preparation, task tracking, and project/event recaps.
4. Provide administrative support, including calendar management and organizing team documents.
5. Aid in the planning of key events and provide onsite support for the team.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Interest in luxury retail and fashion.

1. Organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
2. Innovative and creative mindset.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Confidence with social media platforms.
6. Solution-oriented with initiative.

Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or events is preferred.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.

$18.00 per hour
