Kering Communications & Project Management Intern

- Support the development and execution of communication plans for corporate projects, change management initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist with the design and delivery of communication assets, including presentations, newsletters, videos, graphics, and intranet content, while adhering to Global Brand image requirements.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for region-wide events such as Culture & Heritage Month celebrations, Talent initiatives, Career Fairs, Learning Days, and Mentoring Programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality deliverables that align with brand and messaging standards.
- Maintain project timelines, track deliverables against budget, and ensure timely distribution of communications.
- Draft and edit content for multiple channels, including email, Viva Engage, Teams, video scripts, and event materials.
- Support administrative operations, including expense management, vendor contracting, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Lead reporting on communication effectiveness, analyzing engagement metrics, feedback, and reach, and propose recommendations to enhance engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Creative and flexible thinking in message dissemination across various formats and audiences.
- Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and video editing software is advantageous.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
0–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related role, including internships.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
