Kering Cloud Security Lead

1. Define and implement the group's Cloud security strategy in alignment with global cybersecurity strategy and compliance requirements.
2. Manage and maintain Kering's Cloud cybersecurity policy.
3. Bridge the Kering Move to Cloud program with cybersecurity expertise.
4. Lead a team of internal and external Cloud security experts, coordinating their activities and projects.
5. Define, evaluate, and manage the implementation of Cloud security solutions.
6. Operate CSPM, CNAPP, SAST/DAST solutions in CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and operational teams.
7. Collaborate with the SOC/CERT team to integrate Cloud security alerts.
8. Propose and define new rules in the Cloud security baseline and contribute to security defect remediation.
9. Advocate Cloud security policies and best practices to Kering teams.
10. Identify dependencies and risks, collaborating with other teams to resolve them.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to enhance Cloud security posture.

1. Undergraduate or master's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Approximately 5-7 years of experience in securing Cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
3. Experience in building and migrating applications in the Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba, Aliyun).
4. Knowledge of Cloud security architecture, security assessments, audit standards, and security threats.
5. Experience working independently or within large teams on complex projects.
6. Possession or pursuit of Cloud security certifications such as CCSK, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Solution Architect.

1. Scripting experience with Shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, AWS-CLI, Azure-CLI, GCP CLI.
2. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

5-7 years of experience in securing Cloud solutions and working on Cloud application migrations.
