Cloud Security Lead

1. Define and implement a comprehensive Cloud security strategy aligned with global cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
2. Manage and maintain Kering's Cloud Cyber Security policy.
3. Act as the liaison between Kering's Move to Cloud program and Cybersecurity.
4. Lead a team of internal and external Cloud security experts, coordinating their activities and projects.
5. Define, evaluate, and manage the implementation of Cloud security solutions.
6. Operate CSPM and SAST/DAST solutions in CI/CD pipelines.
7. Collaborate with SOC/CSIRT teams to integrate Cloud-based alerts.
8. Propose and define new rules in the Cloud security baseline.
9. Advocate Cloud security policy and guidelines to Kering teams.
10. Identify key dependencies and risks, collaborating with other teams to resolve them.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices.

1. Undergraduate or master's degree in Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Approximately 5-7 years of experience in securing Cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
3. Experience in building and migrating applications in the Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba, Aliyun).
4. Knowledge of Cloud security architecture, security assessments, and audit standards.
5. Experience working independently or in large teams to deliver Cloud security services.
6. Possession of or working toward Cloud security certifications such as CCSK, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Solution Architect, etc.

1. Scripting experience with Shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, AWS-CLI, Azure-CLI, GCP CLI.
2. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

5-7 years of experience in securing Cloud solutions and working with Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba, and Aliyun.

Undergraduate or master's degree in relevant fields.
