1. Define and enhance the group's cloud security strategy in alignment with global cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
2. Manage and uphold Kering's Cloud Cyber Security policy.
3. Act as a liaison between the Move to Cloud program and cybersecurity initiatives, providing expert guidance.
4. Lead and coordinate a team of internal and external cloud security experts, overseeing their workload, priorities, and project timelines.
5. Evaluate and implement cloud security solutions, operating CSPM, CNAPP, and SAST/DAST solutions in CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
6. Integrate cloud-based security alerts with the SOC/CERT team.
7. Develop new rules for the cloud security baseline and address any security defects.
8. Advocate for cloud security policies and best practices across Kering teams.
9. Identify and mitigate key dependencies and risks in collaboration with other teams.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to continuously improve cloud security posture.

1. Undergraduate or master's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Approximately 5-7 years of experience in securing cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
3. Experience in building and migrating applications in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba.
4. Possession of or progress towards cloud security certifications like CCSK, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Solution Architect.
5. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, AWS-CLI, Azure-CLI, GCP CLI.

1. Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and assessments.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
4. Proficiency in cloud security tools and solutions.
5. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in large teams.

5-7 years of experience in cloud security, including securing cloud solutions and managing cloud security services within complex projects.

Undergraduate or master's degree in relevant fields.
