1. Contribute to the development and deployment of client insights reports and analyses to enhance performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
2. Create monthly reports to highlight opportunities and gaps at House and regional levels.
3. Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses tailored to specific needs, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
4. Support the preparation of reports and presentations on client engagement initiatives.
5. Lead the assessment of relational programs, providing strategic recommendations to optimize the client lifecycle.
6. Ensure data alignment and reliability within Business Intelligence tools to support decision-making processes.
7. Assist in defining dashboard requirements, ensuring alignment with key objectives and stakeholder needs.
8. Oversee data quality controls, identifying and resolving potential issues.
9. Collaborate with internal BI tool users to enhance tool efficiency.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
2. Full English proficiency for international communication.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
4. Passion for data-driven decision-making and data analysis.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business Analytics or a related field.
