Kering Client Insights Intern

- Contribute to the development and deployment of client reports and analyses to enhance performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
- Create a quarterly one-pager on distant marketing to identify and communicate the most effective campaigns and journeys.
- Implement ad hoc reports and analyses tailored to the specific needs of the brands, ensuring data reliability and providing high-value business recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on client engagement initiatives and activities.
- Lead the project for evaluating the relational programs of the brands, formulating strategic recommendations to optimize the client lifecycle.
- Ensure data alignment and reliability within Business Intelligence tools to support internal processes and decision-making tools.
- Define requirements for dashboards, ensuring alignment with key objectives and stakeholder needs, and maintain comprehensive documentation in the data catalog.
- Oversee data quality controls by identifying incidents and ensuring their resolution.
- Participate in BI sprint planning sessions using Agile methodology, facilitating discussions to ensure clear alignment on functional needs.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Business Analytics, Business School, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English for professional communication with international brands.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and a strong interest in data analysis as a career path.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence is essential.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Business Analytics, Business School, Data Engineering, or a related field.
