- Strengthen relationships with clients and stores.
- Deliver an enriching client experience across all channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Guide clients through brand values by listening and understanding their needs.
- Build long-lasting relationships of trust with clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional and personalized client experience.
- Adhere to brands' E-commerce and Retail Excellence standards and policies.
- Maintain the brands' tone of voice in all client communications.
- Master the brands' products and DNA to provide a unique client experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet client requests.
- Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement of the client experience.
- Understand and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Sensitivity to the luxury world and enthusiasm for the brands and products.
- Excellent spoken and written Japanese skills; business-level English required.
- Strong general knowledge and resistance to stress.
- Ability to multitask and a commercial mindset.
- Team spirit, dynamism, flexibility, autonomy, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving orientation.
- Patience, diplomacy, and listening skills.
- Persuasiveness and ability to handle dissatisfied customers.
- Openness to the digital world.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, particularly within the luxury sector.
