1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Kering's luxury fashion brands.
2. Deliver a unique and personalized client experience via telephone, live-chat, WhatsApp, and email.
3. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales objectives.
4. Adhere to brand ecommerce and retail policies.
5. Demonstrate expertise in brand history, products, and collections.
6. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests.
7. Collect and relay client feedback to enhance client experience and inform strategic improvements.
8. Understand and work towards individual and team KPIs.
9. Engage in Clienteling activities to foster client relationships.

1. Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with a diplomatic approach.
3. Sensitivity to the luxury market and enthusiasm for luxury brands.
4. Commercial acumen with an analytical mindset.

Previous experience in a luxury retail or client service environment is preferred.

Starting at $28.50 per hour.
