- Serve as a brand ambassador for Kering's luxury fashion brands.
- Deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences via telephone, live-chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets.
- Adhere to the brand's ecommerce and retail policies.
- Maintain expertise in brand history, products, and collections.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests.
- Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of client experiences and enhance the Group's strategy.
- Understand and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant departments to improve processes, services, and quality.
- Engage in Clienteling activities to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Sensitivity to the luxury market and enthusiasm for the brands.
- Commercial and analytical mindset.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Persuasiveness and ability to retain dissatisfied customers.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work autonomously with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Starting at $28.50 per hour.
