1. Conduct comprehensive reviews of chargebacks related to coop, returns, shortages, pricing, discounts, and restocking fees for assigned accounts, primarily Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
2. Research and dispute invalid claims while issuing credits for valid cooperative agreements.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve chargeback issues and ensure advertising and cooperative spending align with budgetary constraints.
4. Prepare general ledger entries for resolved chargeback items.
5. Manage Neiman Marcus quarterly settlements by consolidating and recording outstanding issues, submitting necessary documentation, and negotiating settlement terms.
6. Maintain and update the vendor compliance spreadsheet, ensuring timely communication with Customer Service, Finance, and MIS departments.
7. Assist in collection activities by contacting customers regarding overdue invoices and preparing necessary reports and documentation.
8. Support internal and external audits and participate in special projects as assigned by management.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment

4. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
6. Experience with SAP is advantageous

3-5 years of general experience in a retail environment, with a focus on financial and chargeback analysis.
