Kering Chargeback Analyst

- Conduct comprehensive chargeback reviews for assigned accounts, primarily Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, including coop, returns, shortages, pricing, discounts, and restocking fees.
- Research and dispute invalid claims while issuing credits for valid cooperative agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve chargeback issues and ensure advertising and cooperative spending remain within budget.
- Prepare general ledger entries for resolved items.
- Manage Neiman Marcus quarterly settlement by consolidating and recording outstanding issues, submitting documentation, and negotiating settlement terms.
- Maintain and update the vendor compliance spreadsheet, preparing adjustments for valid claims and conducting necessary follow-ups.
- Assist in collection activities by contacting customers regarding past due invoices and providing necessary documentation.
- Support audit processes and participate in special projects as assigned by management.
- 3-5 years of general experience in a retail environment
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with a curiosity to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
