1. Conduct comprehensive chargeback reviews for assigned accounts, primarily Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, including coop, returns, shortages, pricing, discounts, and restocking fees.
2. Research and dispute invalid claims while issuing credits for valid cooperative agreements.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve chargeback issues and ensure advertising and cooperative spending remain within budget.
4. Prepare general ledger entries for resolved items.
5. Manage Neiman Marcus quarterly settlement by consolidating and recording outstanding issues, submitting documentation, and negotiating settlement terms.
6. Maintain and update the vendor compliance spreadsheet, preparing adjustments for valid claims and conducting necessary follow-ups.
7. Assist in collection activities by contacting customers regarding past due invoices and providing necessary documentation.
8. Support audit processes and participate in special projects as assigned by management.

1. 3-5 years of general experience in a retail environment

4. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
6. Experience with SAP is advantageous

3-5 years of general experience in a retail environment is required.
