1. Conduct comprehensive reviews of chargebacks related to coop, returns, shortages, pricing, discounts, and restocking fees for assigned accounts, primarily Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
2. Research and dispute invalid claims, issuing credits for valid cooperative advertising agreements.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve chargeback issues and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
4. Prepare general ledger entries for resolved items and maintain vendor compliance spreadsheets.
5. Manage Neiman Marcus quarterly settlements by consolidating issues, submitting documentation, and negotiating settlement terms.
6. Assist in collection activities by contacting customers regarding overdue invoices and preparing necessary reports.
7. Support internal and external audits and participate in special projects as assigned by management.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment

2. Strong communication and follow-up abilities
3. Detail-oriented with a curiosity to learn
4. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
6. Experience with SAP is advantageous

3-5 years of general experience in a retail environment is required.
