Kering Central Operations Security Expert

- Act as the primary liaison between the Kering Supply Chain Security Department and Central Operations for security-related concerns.
- Gather and update data on warehouse inflows and outflows to conduct thorough analyses in collaboration with the Supply Chain Security Data & Risk team.
- Guide the 3PL security team in the Central Warehouse and consolidation centers, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with Central Operations to develop and implement effective security plans, policies, and procedures.
- Support investigations of security incidents and develop corrective actions in collaboration with other security functions.
- Monitor security measures to prevent losses and protect high-value luxury goods, conducting regular audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Manage security documentation, including incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Stay informed on emerging security threats and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to security measures.
- Assist in the implementation of new security technologies and procedures, ensuring smooth integration.
- Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and authorities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall security objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, preferably within supply chain and logistics in multinational companies.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in security activities, ideally within supply chain and logistics environments in multinational companies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
