1. Act as the primary liaison between the Kering Supply Chain Security Department and Central Operations for security-related concerns.
2. Gather and update data on warehouse inflows and outflows to conduct thorough analyses in collaboration with the Supply Chain Security Data & Risk team.
3. Guide the 3PL security team in the Central Warehouse and consolidation centers, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
4. Collaborate with Central Operations to develop and implement effective security plans, policies, and procedures.
5. Support investigations of security incidents and develop corrective actions in collaboration with other security functions.
6. Monitor security measures to prevent losses and protect high-value luxury goods, conducting regular audits to identify vulnerabilities.
7. Manage security documentation, including incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
8. Stay informed on emerging security threats and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to security measures.
9. Assist in the implementation of new security technologies and procedures, ensuring smooth integration.
10. Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and authorities.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall security objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, preferably within supply chain and logistics in multinational companies.

4. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in security activities, ideally within supply chain and logistics environments in multinational companies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
