1. Assist in the consolidation and monitoring of the sustainability department's budget for six months, including ESG ratings.
2. Develop and maintain budget tracking and management dashboards.
3. Oversee expenditure commitment processes, including confidentiality agreements, contracts, supplier profile creation, purchase requests, orders, and invoicing.
4. Support the drafting of responses to ESG ratings and rankings.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
2. Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables; knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English for internal communication and liaising with international suppliers.

1. Strong numerical aptitude.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
3. Meticulous data archiving skills.
4. Responsiveness, agility, tenacity, and diplomacy.
5. Responsible management of confidential information.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with budget management and sustainability concepts is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
