Kering Budget Consolidation Assistant, Sustainability

- Assist in the consolidation and monitoring of the sustainability department's budget over a six-month period, including ESG ratings.
- Develop and maintain budget tracking and management dashboards.
- Monitor expenditure engagement processes, including confidentiality agreements, contracts, supplier profile creation, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
- Support in drafting responses to ESG ratings and rankings for the Sustainability department.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables; knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail for data archiving (invoicing, contracts, quotes) in Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Fluency in English for internal communication and liaising with international suppliers.

No prior professional experience is required, but familiarity with budget management and sustainability concepts is beneficial.
