Kering Budget Consolidation Assistant, Sustainability

- Assist in the consolidation and monitoring of the sustainability department's budget for six months, including ESG ratings.
- Develop and maintain budget tracking and management dashboards.
- Oversee expenditure commitment processes, including confidentiality agreements, contracts, vendor profile creation, purchase requests, purchase orders, and billing processes.
- Aid in drafting responses to ESG ratings and rankings for the sustainability department.
- Student in business school or equivalent university program.
- Comfortable with numerical data.
- Proficient in Excel, particularly pivot tables. Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
- Proficient in Outlook tools.
- Meticulous in data archiving (billing, contracts, quotes, etc.) using Outlook and Excel.
- Responsive, agile, tenacious, and diplomatic.
- Responsible management of confidential information.
- Proficient in English for internal communication and with foreign suppliers.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with budgeting and sustainability concepts is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
