1. Maintain and implement Reward and Benefits (R&B) strategies, policies, and projects.
2. Manage and report R&B data, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
3. Track R&B performance against KPIs and SLAs.
4. Lead the annual Benefits renewal project, optimizing benefits and vendor relationships.
5. Advise stakeholders on regulatory and procedural updates.
6. Ensure professional and timely communication with brands and stakeholders.
7. Support budget and financial cycles, including gender pay gap reporting.
8. Manage pensions and ad hoc claims such as Critical Illness and Life Assurance.
9. Promote communication and engagement within the team.
10. Manage relationships with R&B vendors and influence their activities.

1. Degree educated, CIPD strongly preferred.
2. Extensive experience in Reward and Benefits, ideally in a retail environment.

1. Expert knowledge of UK benefits and pensions.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Leadership and influencing abilities.
4. Excellent customer service standards.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Organized and process-driven with attention to detail.

Extensive experience in Reward and Benefits, preferably within a retail setting.

Degree educated, CIPD strongly preferred.
