Kering Benefits Assistant

- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of benefits strategies, policies, and projects.
- Support the Benefits Specialist with monthly invoicing and information exchange with providers.
- Monitor benefits performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Engage in the annual benefits window, including payroll updates, renewals, and data management.
- Advise HRSS and stakeholders on regulatory and procedural updates.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with brands and stakeholders.
- Support Gender Pay Gap reporting and other annual reporting requirements.
- Maintain GDPR compliance and best practice standards.
- Provide monthly benefits summaries to the payroll team.
- Assist in vendor relationship management and service development.
- Manage administrative tasks and tickets related to benefits.
- Knowledge of UK benefits systems and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Organized with attention to detail.
Experience in benefits administration or a related HR function is required.
