1. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of benefits strategies, policies, and projects.
2. Support the Benefits Specialist with monthly invoicing and information exchange with providers.
3. Monitor benefits performance against KPIs and SLAs.
4. Engage in the annual benefits window, including payroll updates, renewals, and data management.
5. Advise HRSS and stakeholders on regulatory and procedural updates.
6. Ensure professional and timely communication with brands and stakeholders.
7. Support Gender Pay Gap reporting and other annual reporting requirements.
8. Maintain GDPR compliance and best practice standards.
9. Provide monthly benefits summaries to the payroll team.
10. Assist in vendor relationship management and service development.
11. Manage administrative tasks and tickets related to benefits.

Experience in benefits administration or a related HR function is required.
