Kering Beauté Sales Financial Controller
Kering Beauté, a distinguished entity within the Kering Group, was established in February 2023 to spearhead a new domain of expertise in the beauty sector. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, forecasts, and variances from targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Calculate royalties.
- Design and implement pricing models aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set competitive prices that reflect product value.
- Develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to improve the collection, processing, and visualization of commercial data.
- Train teams on BI tools and provide the necessary technical support for their effective use.
- Work closely with the IT department to integrate BI systems into the existing infrastructure.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate in the preparation of sales budgets and the revision of forecasts.
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
- Conduct profitability analyses for new products or commercial initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales and reporting processes.
- Graduate from finance, economics, or equivalent fields.
- Proven experience in financial controlling with a focus on sales and pricing, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence tools and data analysis software.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate analyses into business strategies.
- In-depth understanding of marketing dynamics and product strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrates initiative and effective time management.
- Bilingual in English, both oral and written.
Proven experience in financial controlling with a focus on sales and pricing, preferably in the beauty industry.
Graduate from finance, economics, or equivalent fields.
