Kering Beauté Sales Financial Controller

The division supports a portfolio of prestigious brands such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin, aiming to enhance their market potential through innovation and creativity while maintaining sustainability and responsibility.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, forecasts, and variances from targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Calculate royalties.
- Design and implement pricing models aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set competitive prices that reflect product value.
- Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions to improve data collection, processing, and visualization.
- Train teams on BI tools and provide technical support.
- Work closely with the IT department to integrate BI systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate in the preparation of sales budgets and the revision of forecasts.
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
- Conduct profitability analyses for new products or commercial initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales and reporting processes.
- Graduate from Finance, Economics, or equivalent schools
- Proven experience in finance controlling sales, with a focus on pricing, preferably in the beauty industry
- Expert in Business Intelligence tools and data analysis software
- Able to interpret complex data and translate analyses into business strategies
- In-depth understanding of marketing dynamics and product strategy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Demonstrates initiative and effective time management
- Bilingual in English, both oral and written
