1. Support the European sales team in daily activities and performance tracking.
2. Assist in the preparation of business reviews and coordinate marketing and training actions.
3. Ensure the monitoring of marketing actions and contribute to reporting.
4. Consolidate sales forecasts across various markets.
5. Conduct competitive analyses and market trend monitoring.
6. Maintain and update the list of e-retailers.
7. Perform weekly checks to ensure online content compliance with brand guidelines.
8. Conduct regular price checks to ensure consistency across platforms.
9. Monitor grey market activities and maintain internal tracking tools.
10. Collaborate with the legal department to address and resolve identified issues.
11. Participate in the preparation of business review materials and client meeting documents.
12. Contribute to the collection, consolidation, and analysis of sales data.
13. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of market visits.
14. Aid in the organization and coordination of training sessions, including logistics and trainer support.
15. Manage the dispatch of product samples and marketing materials.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university, preferably at the Master's level.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated interest in sales, marketing, and the beauty/luxury/FMCG sectors.

1. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Attention to detail and proactive approach.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in sales and marketing within the beauty or luxury sectors is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.

Offers operational experience within an international commercial environment, exposure to multiple European markets, and development of key skills in commerce, data analysis, and presentation.
