- Assist in coordinating the operational aspects of international and online fragrance launches.
- Collaborate with local markets to gather and consolidate launch requirements, timelines, and support materials.
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of launch kits, merchandising elements, and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor daily product listings, launches, content, and stock availability in e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure the proper implementation and updating of digital elements such as visuals, texts, and pricing.
- Track and update demand forecasts based on market and supply chain feedback.
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out data and stock levels to anticipate supply discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing performance reports for launches, including sales and KPIs.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong interest in beauty, fragrances, and international business.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential, with bilingual or professional level preferred.

No prior experience required, but exposure to international markets or luxury beauty is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
