- Assist in coordinating the operational aspects of fragrance launches in international boutiques and online platforms.
- Liaise with local markets to gather and consolidate launch needs, timelines, and materials.
- Prepare and track launch toolkits, merchandising elements, and point-of-sale materials.
- Support the day-to-day follow-up of product listings, launches, assets, and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure digital assets, including visuals, copy, and pricing, are accurately implemented and updated.
- Track and update demand forecasts with input from markets and supply chain.
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out data and inventory levels to anticipate potential supply gaps.
- Support the preparation of launch performance reports, including sales and KPIs.
- Analyze trends and propose actionable insights for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of business education (BAC +5)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with bilingual or professional proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
