- Maintain a strong working relationship with London and Paris headquarters, communicating regularly to address Middle East-specific needs and provide feedback on launches and activations.
- Lead, plan, and execute launch programs, adapting them for Middle Eastern markets.
- Manage comprehensive 360-degree launch plans, including budgeting, merchandising, sampling, retailer-specific adaptations, public relations, events, and online media.
- Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, training, stores) and external partners (PR agencies).
- Develop marketing and trade plans in collaboration with local distributors, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Communicate marketing strategies and guidelines to distributors regularly and update them as needed.
- Track and analyze new launches and activation results, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Support new store openings with special events and PR initiatives, ensuring boutiques remain vibrant through VIP events, training, and merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct market visits to understand trade needs, consumer trends, and competitor updates, fostering relationships with the sales team.
- Collaborate with retail partners to maximize the impact of new launches or activations.
- Analyze the results and ROI of each activity, providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis on sales per franchise.
- Prepare and manage the yearly marketing budget, providing monthly updates to the Regional Director.
- Coordinate with London and Paris headquarters for regular updates of the Arabic website.
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute the online paid media strategy for Creed Middle East, defining KPIs and measuring campaign performance.
- Collaborate with external PR agencies to ensure effective implementation of PR activations, following social media influencers and gathering feedback to optimize seeding and guest lists.
- Devise PR plans to support key launches and corporate stories, collaborating with the Central team to leverage best practices.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to create and innovate with a strong understanding of market trends.
Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
