Kering Beauté Quality Technician

- Conduct quality control of finished product submissions according to defined control plans and current product specifications.
- Verify and validate batch records.
- Draft, update, and archive control records.
- Manage the blocking and release of batches in the system.
- Oversee the sample library of finished products and bulk materials.
- Assist the packaging team in establishing standards and defect ranges.
- Maintain quality and supplier contact, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality criteria, and traceability/reporting.
- Contribute to the drafting and deployment of the Quality Specifications Document.
- Draft and update internal procedures and instructions to ensure process compliance with current standards and monitor their application.
- Manage non-conformities of manufactured products, including impact analysis, batch blocking, cause analysis, and non-conformity report drafting.
- Facilitate and track action plans related to product non-conformities.
- Implement and manage the defect library.
- Track customer complaints, including recording, analyzing consumer feedback, and following up on corrective actions and associated reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quality or related field.
- Initial work experience in a cosmetic environment.
- Knowledge of quality and regulatory best practices.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Appreciation for sustainable development issues.
- Teamwork and affinity for the luxury sector.
