1. Develop detailed project plans with defined scope, objectives, and timelines.
2. Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
3. Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and IT to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
4. Manage external vendors and resources for seamless project execution.
5. Ensure alignment with business needs, focusing on standardization and reusability.
6. Support the delivery of an ambitious Operations & Sales roadmap, ensuring technology adoption aligns with business goals.
7. Drive SAP S/4 rollouts and related projects, integrating best practices for efficiency and simplicity.
8. Serve as the IT point of contact for Operations & Sales project stakeholders.
9. Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations with senior leaders and business teams.
10. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing clear mitigation strategies.
11. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the company’s credo of being standardized, simple, and reusable.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including rollouts.
3. Experience with SAP S/4 (e.g., SD-MM modules).
4. Technical understanding of SAP integration architecture (e.g., API, event management).

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to summarize technical topics effectively.
3. Ability to estimate and challenge IT costs.
4. Experience in driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced environments.
5. Sensitivity to Operations & Sales processes and the ability to integrate functional solutions across departments.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, including rollouts, with a focus on SAP S/4 and integration architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
