Kering Beauté Junior Area Manager

- Assist the Area Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Support distributors and retailers with product knowledge, training, and promotional materials.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.
- Coordinate and track promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Assist in onboarding and training new retail partners.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the region.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and visual merchandising standards across all retail locations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Gather market feedback and consumer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation and localization of marketing materials for the European market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from regional partners.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and represent the brand.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and sales forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within the cosmetics or luxury goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within the cosmetics or luxury goods industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
