Kering Beauté, a distinguished entity within the Kering Group established in February 2023, is dedicated to developing a new domain of expertise to enable its brands to fully realize their potential in the Beauty category. This category is a natural extension of the brands' universe. The teams at Kering Beauté are pioneering this expertise for a portfolio of prestigious houses such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin. The mission is to create value for the Group and its Houses by leveraging each brand's unique identity in alignment with their market strategy and positioning. 1. Conduct quantitative and qualitative market performance analyses.
2. Study competitors, consumer needs, and beauty market trends.
3. Engage in creative development including press/media briefs, packaging, formulas, naming, claims, and concepts.
4. Participate in creative workshops and project follow-ups, including formula evaluations and laboratory samples.
5. Develop activation tools such as 360° editorial content, marketing presentations, product sheets, and merchandising briefs.
6. Contribute to strategic presentations and innovation plans, including presentations, mock-ups, and videos.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a 6-month internship agreement from the educational institution.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, with a bold and adventurous spirit.
4. Team-oriented and agile with a respect for diversity and fairness.
5. Ability to manage strategic vision while maintaining an operational approach.
6. Critical thinking with strong decision-making capabilities.
