The teams at Kering Beauté are pioneering this expertise for a portfolio of prestigious houses, including Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin. 1. Conduct quantitative and qualitative market performance analyses.
2. Study competitors, consumer needs, and beauty market trends.
3. Engage in creative product development including press/media briefs, packaging, formulas, naming, claims, and concepts.
4. Participate in creative workshops and project follow-up, including formula evaluations and laboratory samples.
5. Develop activation tools such as 360° editorial conception, marketing presentations, product sheets, and merchandising briefs.
6. Contribute to strategic presentations and innovation plans through presentations, models, and videos.

1. Current Master's student with a 6-month internship agreement from an educational institution.
2. Fluent in English.
