Kering Beauté International Marketing Development Intern
Kering Beauté, a distinguished entity within the prestigious Kering Group, was established in February 2023 to pioneer a new realm of expertise in the beauty sector. This division is dedicated to unlocking the potential of Kering's iconic brands, such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin, within the luxury beauty domain. By leveraging the unique identity of each brand, Kering Beauté aims to create value through innovation and creativity, while adhering to sustainable and responsible practices.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market performance analysis.
- Perform competitive analysis and assess consumer needs and beauty market trends.
- Engage in creative development including press/media, packaging briefs, formulas, naming, and claims.
- Participate in creative workshops and follow up on project development including formula evaluation and lab samples.
- Develop activation tools, including 360 editorial design, marketing presentations, and merchandising briefs.
- Contribute to strategic presentations and innovation plans with presentations, mockups, and videos.
- Currently a Master's student with the ability to provide a 6-month internship agreement from an educational institution.
- Fluency in English.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to innovate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Agility in handling strategic direction while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.
- Respectful and inclusive attitude towards all individuals.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in marketing and brand development is essential.
Master's student able to provide an internship agreement.
