- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and develop solutions.
- Identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities proactively.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support growth and talent acquisition.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Implement performance management systems and conduct reviews.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support employee career development and succession planning.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Investigate and address complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with strategy.
- Manage payroll and other HR processes.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits and compensation.
- Track key HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR insights to stakeholders.
- Leverage HR technology to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering in a corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
