1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and develop solutions.
3. Identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities proactively.
4. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support growth and talent acquisition.
5. Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
6. Implement performance management systems and conduct reviews.
7. Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
8. Support employee career development and succession planning.
9. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
10. Investigate and address complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
11. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
12. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
13. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with strategy.
14. Manage payroll and other HR processes.
15. Provide guidance on employee benefits and compensation.
16. Track key HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
17. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR insights to stakeholders.
18. Leverage HR technology to automate processes and improve efficiency.

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering in a corporate environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
